Engineered Delivery – White Glove Service
At Green Power we recognise that the assembly of a mobility scooter can present significant challenges to those with limited mobility. 

Therefore Green Power:
· provides flexible delivery options at times to suit your personal circumstances;
· deals with the delivery, set-up and installation of your scooter at your home;
· takes the time to fully demonstrate your scooter to you so that you can quickly learn how to safely use the full functionality of your scooter;
· provides you with a pack containing a completed hand-over sheet, a general
instruction and maintenance guide applicable to all scooters and a specific user manual for your particular scooter, for your ease of reference.

Order processing
All orders are processed within 2 – 3 days of receipt of the order with the majority of orders being processed on the same day.

Geographical Coverage
Green Power provides delivery in Great Britain (except for any island not connected by a road bridge to the mainland) with directly employed engineers who cover the majority of the country every week.
We would normally expect delivery in Great Britain (except for any island not connected by a road bridge to the mainland) within 5 – 7 working days of our acceptance of your order.
As a guide 83% of our deliveries are completed within 3 working days of acceptance of the customer order and 92% are completed within 4
days of acceptance of the customer order.

If you live in Northern Ireland or in any island, being part of Great Britain, which is not connected by a road bridge to mainland Great Britain then please contact customer service.
Typically for customers based on such islands we would not provide an engineer but would supply any parts and would provide reasonable assistance to a local engineer chosen by you to enable proper set up.

We would normally expect delivery in mainland Spain (not including the Canary Islands) / Germany / Italy / Poland / Belgium / Denmark / Sweden within 5 – 10 working days of our acceptance of your order.
Typically for customers based in such countries we would not provide an engineer but would supply any parts and would provide reasonable assistance to a local engineer chosen by you to enable proper set up.

Free Shipping & Shipping Method
Depending on the size of your order it will be delivered free of charge by Green Power (with an engineer) in (Great Britain (except for any island not connected by a road bridge to the mainland), DHL, Redhead international or TNT.
Please note that your order will be delivered to the front door of your property.

Sick up option
You also can pick up your scooter from our warehouse at Unit 1A-F Longbridge House Farm, Stillington Road, Easingwold, York, England YO61 3ET but please provide at least five working days’ notice to our customer service team if you intend to collect your scooter from our Easingwold site.

Packaging
All our scooters are properly packaged for maximum protection during the shipping process.
In some instances if deemed necessary partial or minor disassembly of your scooter may be required to better protect the item.
